Following this, I will email you a comprehensive care plan with your own individualised prescription.

Follow Up Consultation
Regular follow up consultations allow me to support you in implementation of dietary and lifestyle changes as well as assess your body's response to treatment and progress through different stages of your care plan as necessary.
